Aelorix is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction through a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order. Please note that cancellations may not be accepted if the service delivery process has already commenced.

Important: We cannot accept cancellation requests once the service has been initiated or completed.

When Cancellations Are Accepted

  • Request made within 2 days of order placement
  • Service work has not yet begun
  • No resources have been allocated to your project

When Cancellations Cannot Be Processed

  • Service delivery has already started
  • Work has been completed
  • More than 2 days have passed since order placement
  • Custom work or resources have been dedicated to your project

Service Quality & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the service received or encounter any issues, please report your concerns to our Customer Service team within 2 days of service completion. Our team will carefully review your complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the matter.

Warranty & Guarantee

For services that include a warranty or guarantee period, please refer to the specific terms provided by the service provider or contact our support team for detailed information about coverage and support options.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Aelorix team after review of your case, it will be processed within 1–2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
