To ensure accurate and high-quality service delivery, users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when submitting service requests. Aelorix reserves the right to refuse service if provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify Aelorix immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the service request process. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of services.

3.3 Lawful Use

You agree to use Aelorix services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information. Pricing for services is clearly displayed on our platform and may vary based on project complexity, turnaround time, and specific requirements.

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

4.2 Invoicing

An invoice will be generated for each transaction. Users can access their invoice history through their account dashboard.

4.3 Pricing Changes

Aelorix reserves the right to modify service pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

5. Prohibited Actions

Specifically, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Submitting copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Requesting services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights
• Submitting illegal, obscene, or offensive material
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or other users

Aelorix reserves the right to immediately cancel any orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action against users who violate these guidelines. No refunds will be issued for services cancelled due to violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Content

You retain all ownership rights to any content, materials, or information you provide to Aelorix. By submitting content, you grant Aelorix a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.

6.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive all rights to the final deliverables created by Aelorix for your project, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. However, Aelorix retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless confidentiality is explicitly agreed upon.

6.3 Platform Content

All content on the Aelorix platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Aelorix and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Delivery and Timelines

Aelorix strives to deliver all services within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of order. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, revisions requested, or unforeseen circumstances.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Standard delivery times will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

8. Revisions and Modifications

Most service packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after initial delivery.

Significant scope changes after project initiation may require a new quote and adjusted timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aelorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code that may be transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aelorix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Aelorix respects your privacy and maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the requested services.

12. Termination

Aelorix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Aelorix reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify users through:
